CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
You authorize Trees4Life to charge your credit or debit card in full for the amount listed on your order. All prices are in CI currency. If you are paying with a US card, the exchange rate will be based on the exchange rate on the day of processing.
ARRIVALS
Christmas tree arrival is estimated the last week of November. Inclement weather, customs and agriculture/shipping delays are beyond our control and can affect anticipated arrival dates.
We strongly encourage adding Trees4Life to your email contact list. Once the trees clear inspection we will send an email notification to the address you supplied on your order form. The notification email will be sent from the following address;

DOA INSPECTION
Christmas trees are subject to DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE inspection. Once the inspection process has been completed and approval received, we will communicate via email and social media notifying our customers the trees are available.
DELIVERY CUSTOMERS
We deliver by district in order to accommodate all customers in the most timely and efficient manor possible. You will be contacted by one of our team members to schedule a delivery date and time.
It is important you provide us with your best contact number ( mobile and/or landline ) so we can phone you regarding your delivery.

PICKING UP YOUR CHRISTMAS TREE
We will provide notification via our social media pages (Facebook & Instagram) as well as email correspondence to you. Email communication will be based on the information you provide on your order form. We encourage you to add our email to your contact list in advance so it does not end up in your spam folder, junk, promotions or update folders.

REFUNDS
All of our products are sold on a pre-order basis. This means payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Once the container is in transit, we do not offer refunds. Cancellations prior to transit will be charged a $25 administration fee.
INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS
You agree to indemnify and hold Trees4xmas/Trees4Life and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third-party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your Content, your use of the Website or Services or any willful misconduct on your part.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by it’s operator or third parties, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with the operators. All intellectual property, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with our Website or Services, are registered trademarks in the Cayman Islands. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with our Website or Services may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of our Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Website Operator or third-party trademarks.
